Web design & development
We plan the pages around your services and content, then design and build the website. You review the design before we move into development.
Layouts adapt to mobile and desktop screens. We work on clear navigation, keyboard access, readable content and page performance. Online stores, booking integrations, branding and photography can be discussed as part of the agreed scope.
SEO foundations
We build in search engine optimisation (SEO) foundations: clear page headings, useful page descriptions and a structure search engines can read. Mobile usability and page performance are part of this work.
For local businesses, pages explain your services and the areas you cover. The service does not include ongoing SEO campaigns or guarantee search rankings.
Managed hosting & maintenance
We host the website and handle its technical maintenance and security monitoring. An SSL certificate provides an encrypted connection between the site and its visitors.
The managed service is £99/month, with £199 for your first month. There is a 12-month initial term. The ION-provided website is licensed while the managed service is active. Read about ownership and leaving the service.
Enquiries & contact
We build contact forms and clear call or email links so visitors can ask about your services. Forms collect the details you need to respond.
Analytics can be added where agreed, with measurement and privacy requirements discussed first. Automated follow-up and AI-assisted enquiry systems are not included.
Routine website updates
Send us changes to your text, services or project photographs. We make these routine website updates as part of the managed service, and you contact us directly for support.
New pages, integrations and larger features are scoped and quoted separately.
